FATE is working closely with the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation, Catchment Management Authorities, Australia 21, UTS School of Marketing, the Blue Mountains World Heritage Institute and various co-researchers at UNSW.
Many government and non-government organisations have collaborated with FATE or expressed interest in being involved. These include the NSW Departments of Primary Industry (Forests NSW), Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources, State and Regional Development and Environment and Climate Change (NPWS and RBG). Other contributors and potential collaborators include the Institute of Rural Futures at UNE, Queensland Murray Darling Committee, Traprock Woolgrowers Association, World Heritage Australia (Willandra Lakes Region), CSIRO Sustainable Ecosystems, University of Queensland, Victoria University and University of Sydney.
